TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure we can accommodate all our clients with ease, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required upon booking to secure your desired date and time slot.

Please note that all deposit payments are non-refundable, however, they will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

You have the flexibility to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without losing your deposit or a session of your treatment course.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment to complete any necessary forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or, in some cases, appointment cancellation.

While we strive to maintain punctuality, in the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with short notice, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.

Missed appointments will incur a charge. This policy is in place to respect the time of both our therapists and other clients.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

Prior to any treatment being undertaken all clients will undergo a consultation to assess whether the treatment is suitable for them, if not, we will inform the client as to the reasons why. If we do not believe that a particular treatment is in the client's best interests, we reserve the right to refuse administer treatment.

If you are taking any medication or have any medical conditions you must consult your own doctor to confirm your suitability for any of our treatments.

You must be at least 18 years old to have treatments performed in our clinic.

Due to the nature of the treatments we offer our services exclusively to ladies.

Any appointments booked for men will be cancelled.

TREATMENT EXPECTATIONS

We at Katy Body Sculpt use what are considered best practice and up-to-date techniques to ensure that all clients get the best possible outcome. However due to the nature of the non-surgical and non-invasive treatments that we offer, there can be no guarantees as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. Results will vary from person to person. This can be due to various factors including lifestyle, medical history and age which can affect both results and the longevity of results.

As with all aesthetic procedures, there can be a whole spectrum of results so clients should note that the final outcome, their expectations, and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.

The results shown on this website are from genuine clients and are typical, however the results are not guaranteed to be the same for other clients.

CONSENT

Clients are required to give written consent to a treatment. They may withdraw that consent at any point or terminate their treatment verbally.

LIABILITY

Katy Body Sculpt Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that he or she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment.

Katy Body Sculpt will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client's failure to disclose such details. The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Katy Body Sculpt regarding the care of a treated area.

PRICING

The prices listed are a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We at Katy Body Sculpt aim to exceed all our client's expectations and provide them an enjoyable experience and a first-class service. However, we recognise that on rare occasions things can go wrong and if at any point a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of their treatment, we ask that they notify us within 48 hours of their appointment, either by telephone or by e-mail so that we can listen carefully to any concerns and do our utmost to provide a suitable solution.

Any adverse reaction to a treatment must also be reported to us by telephone or email within 48 hours of the appointment. We are committed to ensuring that any complaints or concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

OBLIGATIONS

By accessing and using our website you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website. It is forbidden to make any alterations to this website or infringe the operation of the site.

If you infringe these obligations, you will be liable for any loss or damage that this may cause to Katy Body Sculpt.
