Avoid hot baths or showers, saunas, steam rooms and exercise for 24 hours post-treatment. All other activities can be resumed immediately

Makeup can be applied immediately post-treatment

Stay away from direct sunlight, while applying SPF 30 or higher sunblock is absolutely necessary to maximise results and minimise irritation

Waxing, tweezing and depilatory cream can be resumed 3 days post-treatment

Botox, Dysport, chemical peels and derma fillers can be resumed 1 week post-treatment

Keep away from strong skin products that can irritate your skin.
