HIFU 7D Body Slimming Aftercare

Avoid hot baths or showers, saunas, steam rooms and exercise post-treatment for 24 hours. All other activities can be resumed immediately

Follow a healthy diet

Drink at least 2 litres of water per day to help flush the destroyed fat cells out of your body

Stay away from direct sunlight and apply SPF 30 or higher sunblock

Waxing and depilatory cream can be resumed 3 days post-treatment
