Katy Body Sculpt offers the latest technology in fat freezing using one of the most advanced machines currently on the market, which has the capability to treat up to 4 areas simultaneously, reducing the treatment time.
The treatments are carried out using 360 freeze applicators which are guaranteed to destroy up to 40% of the fat cells in a single Cryolipolysis session, which is much more than standard applicators.
The 360 applicator cools the entire surface of the fat being targeted, as opposed to just two sides in older machines. This helps to target areas difficult to treat with standard applicators and obtain better results in fewer sessions.
We will start with a full assessment of the area you want treated to fully understand your specific concerns and also your body goals.
The next step will be for the area being treated to be covered with a cool gel pad which is used to protect your skin.
The machine vacuum applicator is placed on the targeted area and will gently suction your fat into the cavity of the handpiece. This will feel like a pulling sensation as the handpiece pulls in the area.
It’s possible that you may experience discomfort in the first 5-10 minutes of the procedure from the numbness caused by the cooling sensations from the freezing applicator.
Shortly after this the discomfort dissipates allowing you to relax for the duration of the treatment, you can read, use your mobile phone, take a nap, or even watch your favourite TV series on our salon TV screen. Once the session is complete the applicator is removed.
The fat is often quite solid and the practitioner will massage it to further help break down the fatty tissue, stimulate lymphatic drainage and to aid recovery and improve the results.
After the treatment, the fat cells will go through a process of natural gradual death and your lymphatic system will identify them as a toxin and begin to metabolise them.
Your body will continue expelling the dead cells over the next months, noticeable results been seen after as little as 2 weeks, with the maximum results shown between weeks 8-12 post treatment.

360 Body Fat Freezing Treatment Aftercare
Once you have had your treatment, to ensure the best results there are a number of steps you can take:

Stay well hydrated by drinking at least 2-3 litres of water per day so you can help your lymphatic system to eliminate dead fat cells

Avoid steam rooms and saunas for 24 hours after the treatment

Don’t swim or exercise for 48 hours after the treatment

It's recommended that you don’t massage the area for the first 24-48 hours after the treatment. After this, we advise you to massage the area to help stimulate the process of lymphatic drainage

Follow a healthy and balanced diet and incorporate exercising routines (after the first 48 hours) to increase your lymphatic circulation.
